  How is this place still open?? It's a given that you will wait 2 days and your oder will definitely be wrong. The last time I was here somebody actually parked in the drive thru line, went in and got his order and the line never moved. I had to wait it out because it was actually pretty entertaining and it finally got the line moving. The guy ahead of me orders but couldn't go forward more than a few feet- I'm still too far away to order. The girl is asking repeatedly for my order and when I didn't scream out my window to answer her she got mad and huffed through the speaker. When it really was ny turn I asked about a specific flavor and stated that I couldn't see the screen (sun glare) the ATTITUDE! You would have thought I offended her mother. It's an absolute joke there and they do not at all take responsibility for anything

  So we saw the signs that said, "Served Upside down or the next one is free". Then we were given our blizzards without being flipped upside down. I called out the lady and she's like "We don't do that anymore". And the next one isn't free. Wha??
